What We’re Looking For:

✅ Own delivery health across multiple accounts, ensuring predictable outcomes on scope, timelines, quality, risks, and execution 📊

 ✅ Act as the senior escalation point for delivery, client, and people-related challenges 🚨🤝

 ✅ Ensure strong end-to-end execution discipline from project initiation through closure 🔄

 ✅ Establish, reinforce, and continuously improve delivery governance, including planning discipline, RAID management, and execution rigor 📘⚙️

 ✅ Proactively identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and course-correct engagements that deviate from plan 🧭

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred) 🎓

 ✅ 12–16 years of overall experience in technology services or software delivery 🧠

 ✅ 6–10 years of leadership experience managing Project Managers, Delivery Managers, or program-level delivery teams 👥

 ✅ Strong experience across Agile, hybrid, and plan-driven delivery models 

 ✅ Solid commercial and business understanding, including utilization, margins, and sustainable growth 📈💼

 ✅ Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills 🗣️
