Switch Communications is Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive 

Location: Islamabad

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted acquisition campaigns on TikTok, Google Display Network (GDN), and Meta platforms.

- Develop scalable strategies to increase product subscriptions across multiple advertising channels.

- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPI, CPP, and ROAS.

- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, forms, and user interfaces to improve conversion rates.

- Analyze website and app user journeys to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.

- Optimize website and landing page flows to enhance user experience and subscription growth.

- Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.

- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Drive subscription and order growth volume through data-driven optimization.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing. 

- Experience in product-based marketing campaigns.

- Hands-on experience in planning and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.

- Strong understanding of campaign types including VAS/telco subscription campaigns, e-commerce sales/ROAS campaigns, app installs, awareness, and traffic campaigns.

- Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager).

- Strong knowledge of budget planning and performance optimization.
