What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the design team, ensuring high-quality creative work
- Translate briefs into strong design concepts and campaigns
- Oversee brand identity, layouts, and digital content across platforms
- Collaborate with strategy, content, and tech teams for integrated solutions
- Review and refine creative work to maintain brand consistency
- Keep updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in a design leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design campaigns & creative direction
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion design is a plus)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to mentor, inspire, and elevate a team of designers
