Gourmet Pakistan is hiring Deputy Manager Production (Bakery)
๐๐ฐ๐ค๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ: ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
* Oversee the daily food production process to ensure high-quality products and meet safety standards.
* Lead a team of food technologists and production staff, encouraging a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Make sure our products meet all safety and quality standards.
* Work with R&D on new product development and help bring ideas from the lab to production.
* Keep production in line with all food safety regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with supply chain teams to plan and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
* Prepare reports on production results and areas for improvement.
ย ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Bachelor's or Master degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in food production or food technology management role in the Bakery sector.
