Cresset Strategic Partners Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Logistics to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This is a key leadership role overseeing logistics, inventory, vendor management, procurement, and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation & customer services
🔹 Optimize and coordinate the full order cycle
🔹 Track stock levels, delivery times, costs & efficiency
🔹 Lead and train warehouse teams
🔹 Ensure productivity, accuracy & timeliness targets are met
🔹 Analyze data, maintain metrics & implement improvements
Required Skills
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent organizational & negotiation abilities
✅ Leadership & team management experience
✅ Vendor & procurement management expertise
✅ Knowledge of ERP systems & Microsoft Office
Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
