Deputy Manager IT

Mehran Spice & Food Industries is looking for a Deputy Manager IT (SAP) to join their team

Key Responsibilities:
•Support SAP B1 by gathering business requirements from stakeholders and aligning them with system functionalities.
•Configure SAP B1 modules including Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Production, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
•Customize forms, reports, and queries to address specific business needs.
•Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve functional problems within SAP B1.
•Develop detailed process documentation, user manuals, and workflow diagrams.
•Conduct training sessions for end-users across various SAP B1 modules to support smooth adoption.
•Provide ongoing functional support and coordinate with technical teams for add-ons, integrations, and system upgrades.
•Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Production, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and Sales to ensure seamless ERP operations.
•Manage SAP B1 upgrade projects and oversee the installation of add-ons.

Key Requirements:
·Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from a reputable Institute.
·Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in FMCG with SAP Business One (preferably on HANA) implementation, administration, or support.
·Strong expertise in SAP B1 modules including Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Production, and MRP
·Experience working with Crystal Reports and the ability to develop and manage custom reports (Crystal Reports, SQL Queries, and HANA) as per business requirements
