📍 Location: Head Office, Karachi

📊 Experience: 5–7 years in HR (Retail / FMCG / Manufacturing preferred)

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field

💰 Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 180,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

✨ Lead recruitment and on-boarding across head office, retail, Warehouse and factory roles.

✨ Drive performance management, appraisals, and succession planning.

✨ Foster employee engagement and handle grievance resolution with empathy.

✨ Coordinate training & development programs to build future-ready talent.

✨ Ensure HR compliance, payroll coordination, and policy adherence.

✨ Implement HR process improvements and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven HR experience in retail manufacturing or FMCG industries.

✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

✅ Hands-on experience with Decibel HR software or any other HRM Software.

✅ Excellent communication, people management, and conflict resolution skills.

✅ Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on with HR systems.

✅ A collaborative leader with a people-first mindset.
