* SUPCON DCS Experience is Preferred

* Coal Fired Power Plant Experience is highly desired.

About Us:

Mughal Energy Limited is launching a state-of-the-art coal-fired power plant in Lahore. We're seeking a seasoned Deputy Manager – Automation (I&C) with SUPCON DCS expertise and strong leadership capabilities to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Lead electrical troubleshooting & root-cause analysis for E&I systems.

Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

Drive down MTTR through proactive spares and diagnostics.

Supervise, train & inspire onsite E&I teams.

Commission DCS, control panels, instrumentation, relays & Boiler/turbine systems.

Optimize equipment performance via improvements and failure analytics.

Handle inventory and materials for spare parts and test equipment.

Enforce HSE and Quality Management System standards.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering (Master’s preferred).

8–10 years in power plant I&C with 3+ years in leadership.

Hands-on SUPCON DCS installation & commissioning experience.

Deep familiarity with DCS/SCADA/PLC/turbine controls/relay protection and instrumentation.

Proven management, training, RCA, and HSE compliance skills.

PEC registration preferred; vendor-specific certifications a plus.

Excellent English and Urdu communication skills.
