Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and grievance handling.
• Manage performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Promote employee engagement and positive work culture.
• Ensure accurate & timely payroll processing.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years’ HR experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Proficient in FlowHCM and MS Office.
