Bachelor / Master from HEC recognized University

At least 10 yearโs relevant experience with at least 4 years at senior management level in a commercial bank or large financial services group.

Strong understanding of Institutional Sales trends, accustomed with Employee Banking industry and practices, experience in Cash Management/ Digital solution delivery.

โก๏ธ Soliciting new clients for cash management and employee banking business. Drive sales growth/business volumes, augment revenue streams and optimize client portfolio.
โก๏ธ Developing sales strategy, capitalizing on existing relationships to build and derive business momentum and solicit incremental volumes, revenue flows.
โก๏ธ Extending support through joint calls with business teams to close ongoing deals.
โก๏ธ Ensuring achievement of assigned targets.
โก๏ธ Management of team to ensure achievement of business targets.
