Samsons Agri is a growing agricultural enterprise focused on premium, authentic, and sustainable food products. We are now establishing a dairy processing unit in Rangpur (Multan), with a focus on traditional and value-added dairy products such as Desi Ghee, Butter, Milk, and Cheese.

We are seeking a Dairy Processing Consultant with strong technical expertise to lead the development, setup, and optimization of our dairy facility.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Guide the design and setup of dairy processing unit

Advise on traditional and modern production methods for Desi Ghee, Cheese, Milk, and Paneer

Recommend equipment and machinery based on production scale

Develop SOPs and ensure hygiene, safety, and quality control

Train production staff on processes and food safety protocols

Support with certification and regulatory compliance (PSQCA, ISO, etc.)

Assist in pilot testing and scaling of products

✅ Requirements

Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related field

10+ years of experience in dairy processing (including traditional Desi Ghee & Cheese)

Hands-on knowledge of small-to-medium scale dairy plant setup

Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory frameworks

Previous consultancy or technical advisory roles preferred

Experience with organic dairy processing

Familiarity with rural milk procurement and smallholder systems

Strong training and communication skills
