365 Care Group is Hiring: Customer Support Representative
Job Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 48 hours per week (UK Banking Hours)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls and chat
Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide timely solutions
Maintain accurate customer records in the system
Stay updated on products and services to resolve issues efficiently
Meet performance targets and follow company policies
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
0–1 year of customer service or call center experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and software tools
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work rotational shifts
Bachelor’s degree preferred
