Repbase is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a full time remote role.

💰 Salary: PKR 150,000 to PKR 180,000
Key Responsibilities
▪️ Program activation and implementation
▪️ Manage campaigns, webinars, and engagement initiatives
▪️ Coordinate scheduling, setup, and tracking of engagement challenges
▪️ Prepare participation and performance reports
▪️ Provide reporting, coordination, and client support
▪️ Collaborate with product and development teams to test new features
▪️ Share reports and insights with internal teams and clients
Requirements
▪️ 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, implementation, or project coordination
▪️ Strong coordination and communication skills
▪️ Experience working with cross functional teams
▪️ Comfortable working evening or night shifts PK time
▪️ Client facing experience preferred
