Etaps.me is a fast-growing e-commerce automation platform that helps brands scale by managing orders, inventory, accounting, and customer care. We are expanding our team in Lahore and looking for motivated individuals to join our customer service department.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries across multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, phone, and chat).
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer concerns regarding orders, platform use, and services.
Maintain strong follow-ups with internal teams (IT, operations, etc.) to resolve pending issues.
Record all customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing system.
Ensure excellent customer experience with a focus on problem-solving and empathy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, IT, or related preferred).
1+ year of customer service experience (e-commerce experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
