Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad for the role of Customer Sales Representative. The responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and explaining EXONSC's services and solutions. The individual will manage client accounts, handle inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and build long-term customer relationships. The role also includes meeting sales targets and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls and emails from international customers.

Convert leads into bookings.

Resolve customer issues related to transport bookings.

Provide smooth, professional customer support at all times.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

Strong skills in customer engagement, communication, and relationship management

Fluent English with excellent listening & speaking skills.

Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.

Good typing speed and confident computer usage.

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and solve problems.

Ability to work day or night shift based on company needs

Experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
