Job Title: Customer Issue Resolution Executive (Female)
Location: Nazimabad No. 4, Karachi (On-site)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
Job Description:
Cova Retail is looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Issue Resolution Executive to handle and resolve customer concerns by closely coordinating with suppliers. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to communicate effectively with both customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to orders, delays, damages, or product quality
Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure timely resolution
Provide clear updates to customers regarding their concerns
Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions
Ensure customer satisfaction while protecting company interests
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Must be responsible and able to take ownership of tasks
Strong English communication and writing skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal team
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases at once
