๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Customer Experience Officer.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
o Proactively handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.
o Demonstrate patience, empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
o Conduct customer feedback surveys and share actionable insights.
o Follow up until closure of complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Support process improvement by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
o Minimum Graduation.
o 2โ3 yearsโ experience in customer service/contact center.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
o Ability to manage ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ with ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐.
o Basic knowledge of MS Office.
