Role & Responsibilities:
- Reply to client queries via live chat / messaging platforms
- Provide quick, clear, and professional responses
- Escalate issues to the relevant team when needed
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone at all times

Work Details:
Onsite position (Office-based, LDA Avenue, Lahore)
Shifts: Morning & Evening (rotational)
