𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: 

Pakistan Facilities Management (PFM) is hiring a skilled Capture Manager for our Head Office in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationship management, project coordination, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

The role involves managing key client accounts, overseeing project execution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for success

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

-Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.

-Lead project delivery including planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource coordination.

-Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Product.

-Provide timely project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to clients and management.

-Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance business value.

-Lead and manage complex client accounts with professionalism and strategic insight.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and high ethical standards.

-Address client concerns, resolve issues proactively, and ensure service excellence.

-Support Business Development in exploring and establishing new business verticals.

-Prepare reports on account growth, performance, and potential opportunities.

-Perform any duties assigned by senior management.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

-Proven experience as a Capture Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.

-Strong background in project management; PMP certification is a plus.

-Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is advantageous.

-Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management software.

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a client-focused approach.

-Problem-solving mindset with sharp business acumen.

-Master’s degree in Project Management or a relevant field.
