CAD Engineer / Designer

📍 Location: Islamabad

 *Position Overview:* 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Engineer / Designer to support our engineering and project teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing layouts and drawings related to power generation systems, diesel generators, electrical, and mechanical installations.

 *Key Responsibilities:* 

1. Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for diesel generator installations, power systems, and related infrastructure.

2. Develop layout plans, schematics, and shop drawings as per project requirements.

3. Coordinate with engineering, sales, and site teams to ensure accurate design execution.

4. Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.

5. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company specifications.

6. Maintain proper documentation and version control of all CAD drawings.

 *Required Skills &* *Experience:* 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.

2. 2–5 years of experience as a CAD Engineer / CAD Designer, preferably in diesel generators, power plants, electrical or mechanical systems.

3. Strong command of AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or other CAD tools is a plus.

4. Good understanding of power generation systems, electrical layouts, and mechanical drawings.

5. Ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements accurately.

6. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
