We are seeking a Business Development Officer who will play a vital role in identifying leads, building relationships, and supporting our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should be proactive, research-driven, and confident in client communication.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: Identify potential leads, gather key information about prospects, and understand their needs.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Evaluate and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on criteria such as industry, company size, and decision-makers.

𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬: Plan and execute outreach via email, calls, and social media to generate new business opportunities.

𝐂𝐑𝐌 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Maintain accurate lead data within the CRM system to ensure smooth tracking and follow-up.

𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their requirements and present our value offering.

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to smoothly transfer qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Monitor lead generation KPIs and prepare reports on lead conversion and campaign performance.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales Development.

Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Strong research ability and excellent organizational & multitasking skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

Experience in B2B marketing or sales.

Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Automation Tools).

Understanding of sales funnel strategy and conversion optimization.
