🎯 We’re on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad or Lahore. If you have a strong IT sales background and a proven track record in Upwork & other freelancing platforms this is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
• Proactively generate quality leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Clutch, etc.
• Focus on mobile apps, web development, and AI/ML solutions.

Client Communication:
• Conduct discovery calls & communicate fluently in English via video, email, and messages.

Proposal Development:
• Craft detailed proposals, quotes, and timelines with help from tech teams.

Relationship Management:
• Build long-term relationships with international clients and ensure follow-ups.

Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with design, development, and PM teams for smooth project onboarding.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in IT business development or sales
• Strong Upwork bidding & freelancing platform experience
• In-depth understanding of:
- Web & mobile app development
- SaaS platforms
- AI & Machine Learning services
• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• Confident, organized, and great at problem-solving & negotiation
