Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new merchants (preferably high net-worth).
Drive banking acquisition, deposit mobilization, and merchant transactions.
Complete KYC and assist merchants in digital account opening.
Ensure merchant activation and regular transactions.
Provide training on DigiPOS, QR payments, and banking services.
Handle merchant queries, disputes, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & transaction targets.
Manage POS/QR inventory and app installations.
Requirements:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset
Experience in banking/fintech is a plus
