Job Description:

HBCS Islamabad is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within accounting, taxation, or company formation services, and the ability to engage both local and UAE-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential local and UAE-based clients

Promote accounting, VAT, and UAE business setup services

Develop and execute lead-generation and client acquisition strategies

Explain UAE company formation, VAT registration, and compliance processes to clients

Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring timely follow-ups

Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and social media initiatives

Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations

Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall revenue growth

Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development

Experience in accounting, taxation, or corporate services is highly preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu

Strong time-management and independent working ability

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with UAE or UK clients

Experience in UAE-based firms or professional service companies
