Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within a defined territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams to introduce our portfolio of advanced surgical products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and target new sales opportunities within assigned hospitals, surgical centers, and key accounts.
•Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service trainings for surgeons and operating room staff.
•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key surgeons, hospital administrators, and supply chain stakeholders.
•Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
•Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
•Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
•Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong drive to succeed.
•Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
