Kavelogics is hiring 2 Business Development Associates (BDEs) to join our on-site team in Lahore.
🔹 Position: Business Development Associate
🔹 Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
🔹 Mandatory: Prior experience in a software house is a must
🔹 Total Positions: 2 (1 Male, 1 Female)
🔹 Location: 45-F, Commercial Area, PCHS, Lahore (On-site)
⏰ Working Hours:
Male Candidate: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Female Candidate: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📌 Job Responsibilities:
✔ Generate leads through Upwork and LinkedIn
✔ Bid on Upwork projects and manage proposals effectively
✔ Handle LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups
✔ Communicate with international clients professionally
✔ Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
✔ Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communications
✔ Build and maintain long-term client relationships
