Job Overview:

TeReSol (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Development Analyst to support its growth initiatives in the technology and R&D domain. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, supporting proposal development, and collaborating with technical teams to align business strategies with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the technology sector.

· Analyze client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable business and technical proposals.

· Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, bids, and RFP/RFQ responses.

· Assist in developing business strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.

· Maintain and update sales pipelines, client databases, and business development reports.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of proposals and client communications.

· Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

· Track competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

· Assist in building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Ensure proper documentation and reporting of business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Computer/CS related fields) is a must. Masters in Business Administration, Engineering, CS, or a related field would be advantageous. 

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably within a technology or IT-driven organization.

· Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

· Excellent analytical, research, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
