Tech Colleagues is looking for an energetic and experienced Business Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT sales, business development, client acquisition, and resource placement, preferably in a software development or tech services company. You will work closely with the founders, engineering teams, and HR to generate business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and help scale our services and products. 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities (local + international). Pitch Tech Colleagues’ services including: .NET Development Angular / React Development WPF / MAUI development Azure Cloud Solutions QA & Automation AI Engineering Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations. 

2. Resource Placement & Talent Selling Promote our trained engineers to potential clients. Understand client technical needs and match them with appropriate resources. Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements. 

3. Product Sales (Sale Mobilizer, HR Mobilizer, School Mobilizer, etc.) Present product demos to clients. Gather client requirements and feedback. Work with tech teams to support product implementation.

4. Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with clients. Build a strong pipeline of recurring business. Provide timely updates and reports to management.

 5. Market Research & Strategy Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales opportunities. Suggest new service areas, pricing models, and growth strategies. Prepare business development reports and dashboards.

 ⏩Requirements:

1. 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in the IT industry. 

2. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern tech stacks. Experience selling software services, IT resources, or SaaS products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

3. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners. 

4. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking. 

Preferred Skills: Experience selling or placing .NET / Angular / Cloud engineers.
