𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

We are a growing software development services company based in Gulberg, Lahore, delivering custom web, mobile, AI and enterprise solutions to local and international clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, designers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement

Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, workflows)

Create wireframes, process flows, and system diagrams where needed

Assist Project Managers in scope definition, effort estimation, and change management

Ensure solutions align with client objectives and business goals

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations

Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development/services company

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Experience writing BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

Experience working with international clients

Understanding of AI, web and mobile application development

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
