What You’ll Do
Lead & motivate in-store Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they hit sales and visibility targets.
Diagnose performance gaps, product knowledge, display, pricing, traffic and implement fixes.
Coach ambassadors via training, fostering team growth and engagement.
Align with marketing on campaigns, events, and promotions to boost brand impact.
Analyze performance and report insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Conduct regular reviews to identify challenges and ensure timely solutions.
What You Bring
Minimum Intermediate.
3 years in retail, brand ambassador programs, or related leadership roles.
Proven skills in target management, training, and operational improvement.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Retail savvy mindset and customer centric approach.
