Salary Range: 40k to 55k & Rewards
Key Responsibilities:
Process and confirm bookings, issue tickets, and manage payments
Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily cash reports
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with changes or cancellations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in booking/customer service roles
Strong communication, cash handling, and organizational skills
