BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for an "Associate Technical Support" in their Customer First department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience in automotive industry

Location: Head Office

This role revolves around providing technical support and assistance in day-to-day operations by collecting, organizing, and reporting technical data from dealerships and internal departments.

Further responsibilities support the implementation of technical standards, assisting in monitoring dealership performance, and ensuring smooth communication between dealerships, and internal departments. Help with monitoring dealership KPI reports and prepare drafts for review.

Provide administrative and technical assistance for system updates (DTR/FTR), preparation of technical reports & analysis of defects. This role involves internal cross departmental coordination for product, warranty, parts-related information and more.
