We’re hiring: Associate Manager Deal Desk @ Motive
Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Motive is looking for an Associate Manager Deal Desk to lead a team of Deal Desk Analysts and drive pricing strategy and commercial discipline for our global Sales org. You’ll train analysts, enable Sales reps and leaders, and act as the senior escalation point for complex, non‑standard deals.
✅ We’re looking for:
📍6+ years in Deal Desk / RevOps / Finance Ops / Order Management / Billing (high‑growth tech) and 2+ years people management.
💡Strong financial and analytical skills, advanced Sheets/Excel, and solid Salesforce/CPQ experience.
🎯Track record of partnering with Sales on pricing and deal strategy in fast‑paced, global environments.
