About the Role

We are seeking a versatile IT & DevOps Engineer to manage our internal IT infrastructure and support our development teams with deployment, automation, and cloud management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in both IT support and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Infrastructure Management
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Manage IT assets, user accounts, and system security (firewalls, antivirus, access control).
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.
DevOps & Automation
Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for smooth code integration and deployment.
Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on Azure
Collaboration & Security
Work closely with development teams to support agile delivery.
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
Document technical procedures and provide knowledge-sharing sessions to the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support and DevOps/Cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud platform.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
