Job Overview:

The Maddex is looking for a creative, adaptable, and AI-aware Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content for blogs and digital platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling, understand modern content trends, and know how to use AI tools to work smarter and faster, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for someone who can adapt quickly, experiment with new formats, and create videos that capture attention in today’s fast-moving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and enhance video content for blogs and digital marketing campaigns.

2. Add motion graphics, text overlays, and animations to improve engagement.

3. Use AI tools to speed up editing workflows, generate captions, assist with scripting, enhance visuals, or create variations.

4. Optimize video format, quality, and size for different platforms (web, social media, email).

5. Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into polished, professional videos.

6. Add background music, sound effects, voiceovers, and AI-generated enhancements when appropriate.

7. Adapt video styles based on trends, platform requirements, and marketing goals.

8. Collaborate with other teams to align videos with blog topics and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

1. No prior experience required (strong portfolio or editing samples preferred).

2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

3. Comfortable learning and using AI tools in video production workflows.

4. Experience in motion graphics and animations (After Effects is a plus).

5. Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and audience attention.

6. Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and evolving content trends.

7. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

8. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

9. Experience in color correction and audio enhancement (preferred but not required).

10. Hands-on experience in AI-assisted editing.

11. Exposure to modern content trends and performance-driven video creation.
