🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day outsourced production operations.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production partners to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor production schedules, quality standards and timely order execution.

Prepare reports on production performance, highlighting issues and solutions.

Support the Production Manager in strategic planning and operational improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in textile production (outsourced production management preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
