Job Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Cutting (Apparel Unit)
Location: Faisalabad (Preferred Faisalabad Candidate)
A leading Garments Export Manufacturing Unit in Faisalabad looking for Manager Quality.
Job Summary:
Ensure achievement of cutting targets as per production plan.
Prepare monthly and weekly cutting plans in coordination with PPC.
Oversee marker making, spreading, cutting, fusing, and bundling processes.
Ensure optimal fabric utilization and reduction of wastage.
Monitor KPIs such as cutting efficiency, fabric utilization, and rework rate.
Ensure all cut parts meet buyer and internal quality standards.
Handle quality issues related to fabric and cutting.
Manage manpower, machines, and material resources effectively.
Plan overtime and shifts based on workload.
Coordinate with merchandising, PPC, store, and sewing departments.
Communicate production status to senior management.
Control cutting costs through effective planning and wastage reduction.
Monitor fabric reconciliation and loss percentages.
Education
BA, BSC,or related field experience.
Experience
5-6 years of experience is required in Cutting Department.
Strong experience in Fashion & Work Wear Products.
Strong understanding of garment cutting process.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent tasks.
