Midas Safety is currently recruiting experienced professionals for the Warehouse Department.
Position: Assistant Manager - Warehouse (Fabrics & Trims)
Location: Karachi
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in supply chain management or business administration.
· Eligibility: 4–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team supervision within a manufacturing setup.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations for fabrics and trims, ensuring timely material issuance and receipt.
·Manage stock movements, deliveries, and system transactions with accuracy to maintain inventory integrity.
· Develop and implement space optimization strategies and ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
· Drive monthly and yearly physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and present inventory analysis reports with improvement plans.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Planning, Quality, & Operations) to ensure smooth material flow and support shipment targets.
· Implement process improvements and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and inventory control.
· Manage & supervise the team/staff while ensuring fullest productivity & engagement.
