Imtiaz, one of Pakistanโs leading and fastest-growing retail chains, is looking for a highly responsible and vigilant professional to join our team as Assistant Manager โ Security & Loss Prevention at our Islamabad location.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Support the Security & Loss Prevention Manager in implementing security protocols across all facilities.
Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems.
Lead investigations related to theft, fraud, policy violations, and safety incidents.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Supervise, train, and guide security personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to enforce safety and compliance measures.
Maintain accurate reports of incidents, inspections, and investigations.
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Masterโs in Criminology or a related field (preferred).
6โ7 years of proven experience in security, loss prevention, or related fields, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.).
