Imtiaz, one of Pakistan’s leading and fastest-growing retail chains, is looking for a highly responsible and vigilant professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Security & Loss Prevention at our Islamabad location.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Support the Security & Loss Prevention Manager in implementing security protocols across all facilities.

Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems.

Lead investigations related to theft, fraud, policy violations, and safety incidents.

Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.

Supervise, train, and guide security personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to enforce safety and compliance measures.

Maintain accurate reports of incidents, inspections, and investigations.

Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

Master’s in Criminology or a related field (preferred).

6–7 years of proven experience in security, loss prevention, or related fields, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.).
