We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager Purchaser
Baranh Restaurant (DHA Phase 6, Raya, Lahore) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Purchaser to join our team!

- Position: Assistant Manager Purchaser
- Salary Range: 80k to 100k

Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of restaurant supplies, raw materials, and equipment.

Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases.

Monitor inventory and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Ensure timely and accurate purchasing processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience (preferably in hospitality/restaurant industry).

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems (SAP B1 knowledge is a plus).
