Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire an Assistant Manager Procurement to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Create and share monthly vendor schedules based on the production plan.
-Update Plan vs. Actual Receiving Sheet and coordinate with the receiving team.
-Monitor daily vendor deliveries and ensure compliance.
-Coordinate with PID for items in quarantine to maintain stock levels.
-Update N+7 sheet daily to track and forecast inventory needs.
-Revise schedules as per production plan changes.
-Negotiate with vendors and prepare rate revision sheets.
-Conduct vendor visits to address supply issues.
-Generate Purchase Orders in ERP as required.
-Develop and evaluate new vendor options.
-Update Open PO report biweekly.
-Coordinate with inventory staff for proper material storage.
-Prepare monthly procurement presentations.
-Follow company procurement policies and perform additional assigned tasks.
Requirements:
-Minimum bachelor’s degree (BBA) in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
