Saeed Ghani is hiring Assistant Manager Procurement to join our team!
📍 Location: Head Office, Tariq Road, Karachi

✅𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Bachelor’s /Masters degree (preferably in Supply Chain).
4-5 years of relevant procurement experience in FMCG/Pharma only.
Strong ERP hands-on experience (mandatory).

✨ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Float inquiries, collect quotations & negotiate best rates.
Prepare comparative statements for management decision-making.
Create purchase orders for RM, PM, and other materials.
Ensure timely follow-ups with suppliers for on-time delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage invoices & minimize GR/IR.
Collaborate with the production planner to meet production requirements.
Proactively minimize material and production shortages.
