Assistant Manager Human Resource

As Assistant Manager Human Resource you will:
• Design, implement Learning and Development initiatives to upskill and empower employees
• Drive Organizational Development projects to strengthen culture and enhance effectiveness
• Support Talent Management processes including recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs that foster collaboration and belonging
• Partner with department leads to identify training needs and career growth opportunities
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve people strategies
• Contribute to HR policies, frameworks and best practices that align with business goals
• Support recognition programs, CSR initiatives and cultural events across organization

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR Business or related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in L&D, OD or talent management
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, frameworks and engagement strategies
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design programs, manage multiple projects and work in fast paced environment
