Weโre looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end medical claims, ensure policy compliance, and support employees with timely claim resolutions.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โฝ Handle employee medical claim processing and reimbursement.
โฝ Liaise with insurance providers for policy matters and claim settlements.
โฝ Maintain accurate records of medical claims and employee entitlements.
โฝ Address employee queries related to medical benefits and insurance policies.
โฝ Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and medical vendors where necessary.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โฝ Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in HR or related field.
โฝ 4โ5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, particularly in medical claims.
โฝ Strong understanding of employee benefits and claim handling.
โฝ Good communication and documentation skills.
โฝ Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
