Position: Assistant Manager - HR (Organizational Excellence)

Qualification & Experience:

- BBA / MBA / MS (HR)

- 03 - 04 years Relevant Experience (Preferably in Textile Manufacturing)

Location: Faisalabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational excellence initiatives

- Design and deliver training programs to upskill and reskill employees

- Identify learning needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training content

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture

- Plan and organize employee events, activities, and celebrations

- Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans to address concerns
