๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Oversee daily F&B operations (Street Food & Fast Food outlets)
- Manage food quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Control food cost, wastage, and ensure proper BOM (Bill of Materials) implementation
- Supervise kitchen and service staff scheduling and performance
- Ensure SOP compliance and smooth shift operations
- Handle vendor coordination and inventory management
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
Achieve sales and profitability targets

1- Bachelorโs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
2- Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in Street Food / Fast Food operations
