Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance to join our growing team at Hustle N Holla. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting, financial management, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor revenue, inventory, and cost accounting processes.
Conduct inventory and financial audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with accounting standards.
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning.
Manage cash flows, banking, and treasury operations.
Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong command of financial reporting standards and MS Excel.
Experience in retail or textile industry will be an added advantage.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
salary range 120k to 130k
