Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

We’re Hiring at Disrupt.com (formerly Gaditek) for Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing!

We’re looking for an experienced social media & community marketing professional to lead our digital presence and drive community-led growth.

What you’ll do:
-Own social media strategy & execution across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Discord & more
-Build and engage online communities through authentic content & conversations
-Drive measurable impact through organic/paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community activations
-Lead a small team, experiment with new formats, and optimize performance

What we’re looking for:
- 5–7 years’ hands-on social media & community marketing experience (2+ years leadership)
- Strong track record in driving engagement & growth
- Experience in consumer brands, SaaS, tech, gaming, or cybersecurity (preferred)
- Familiarity with analytics tools, community platforms & AI content tools

Location: Karachi (Onsite only)
