Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Warehouse
MBA / BBA Supply chain with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end warehousing and inventory operations, ensuring optimal stock control, cost efficiency, and uninterrupted support to production. The position oversees the management of Accessories, Spare Parts, General Items, Chemicals, Waste Store, B2 Store, and Fair Price Shop while maintaining strict compliance with company policies, QMS, SOPs, and safety standards. It ensures accurate material receiving, storage, issuance, and system recording, along with the implementation of WMS and ERP controls, digital documentation practices, and continuous stock optimization. The role also focuses on effective utilization of leftover inventory, compliant waste handling, vendor and logistics coordination, and capability building of warehouse teams to enhance operational efficiency and maintain audit readiness.
