Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Quality Assurance LabΒ
Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Chemistry or Textile Chemistry with 7β9 years of relevant industry experience in Textile QA lab operations, preferably in ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories.
This position is responsible for leading and supervising VSF laboratory testing activities for American, Japanese, and Australian customers, ensuring full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO/IEC 17043:2010. The role oversees testing operations, proficiency testing (PT/ILT), accreditation and audit readiness (PNAC), quality management system (QMS) implementation, and comprehensive document control. It includes team leadership, training planning, internal and external audits, customer feedback and non-conformance management, corrective and preventive actions, and coordination with Marketing, Product Development, IT, and Quality teams. The position also supports digital transformation, paperless documentation, laboratory 5S/LEAN initiatives, and continuous improvement to maintain international QA standards and operational excellence.
